Specter Design was created by Tanner Boyes, an artist, designer and craftsman hailing from San Clemente California. From a young age, Tanner has been creating, building, and tinkering. Throughout life, he was afforded incredible opportunities to grow respectable skill in the arenas of metal-craft, body work, car design, and customization. His craft was refined under the wings of powerful Mentors and Masters in their respective fields.
